邮件第一次是自动回复，你还要在发一次

刚刚回复了第二次，不知道接下去该怎么做？

我前天在DR购物，下错了一单，上面显示还没有发货，所以可以取消订单，我就点取消了，也收到了回邮，说我的订单已经成功取消，那么退款怎么办呢?到现在还没有给我退进帐户呀。
是不是我要去哪里页面处理一下呢，还是就这样等着呢，一般有多少时间好等呢。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
哪位仁兄能告知吗
今天收到了DR的客服给我的邮件，内容是是这样的，但是我不懂了，是不是说我的信用卡没有绑定呢，还是说什么呢，哪位高人指教一下我吧。

In response to your email, we do not charge for an order until it is shipped, therefore you will not receive a refund as no funds were received for your order. If you are using a credit card tied to a bank account, you may need to contact your bank regarding pre authorization and how long this will be held by them.
